Launch perk terms
Launch perk terms
Last updated: November 1st, 2026
What this is
When you join boby's early list, you may receive a launch perk with a stated value of $20 (the "Perk") toward a purchase of boby at launch. You can also invite friends with your personal link. These terms explain how it works. The program is run by BOBY, INC.
Who can take part
You must be at least 18 and live in the United States or in France.
If a friend invited you
If you join through a friend's link, a Perk is reserved for you. It is not applied or paid out when you sign up. It unlocks only when you buy boby at launch. We will explain how the Perk is applied before launch.
If you invite a friend
When a friend you invited through your personal link completes a first purchase of boby, you receive a Perk of $20 as well. The Perk is added to your account when your friend buys, whether you have already bought boby or not, so you never need to wait to buy. You can earn this reward once, no matter how many friends buy. If you joined through a friend's link and you also invite a friend who buys, you can hold up to two Perks, for a total stated value of $40.
What does not count
Sharing your link, or a friend joining the list, does not earn a Perk. Only completed purchases count.
Checks and limits
We check Perks at the time of purchase. We may refuse or cancel a Perk, in good faith, if we see self-referrals, duplicate, fake or disposable email addresses, automated sign-ups, or any other abuse. If a purchase linked to a Perk is cancelled, refunded or returned, the Perk tied to that purchase may be reversed.
No cash value
Perks have no cash value, can't be sold or transferred, and can't be combined with other offers unless we say so. Perks expire on November 1st, 2028.
Sharing the right way
Share your link only with people you know and who would welcome it. Don't send unsolicited bulk messages, don't create fake accounts, and don't use your link in paid ads without our written approval. If you post your link publicly, for example on social media, say clearly that you receive a reward when a friend buys. boby never emails your friends on your behalf: the message comes from you.
Your data
To run this program we collect your email address, your personal link code, the link a friend arrived through, how a link was shared (for example WhatsApp, text, email or copy link) and purchase information. We use Klaviyo to manage emails and tracking. We never give you a friend's email address. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Changes
We may change or end this program. We will post changes on this page. Changes won't affect Perks you have already earned, except where the law allows or requires it.
